There is a good practice in Oodrive: each year we organise a Hackathon for dev teams. For 4 years in a row, Oodrive has been ordering Codingame platform for this. But the 2018 edition was different!

Together with the marketing team, we organised what we call a Robothon:

Instead of a virtual competition, the projects aimed at a concrete and physical realization. For this, a kit of elements was distributed to each team. Electronics was an important aspect of this challenge, to invent all kinds of new devices and concepts.
